"This is the 2nd time I've stayed here for my Busch Gardens trip and honestly, I don't think I'll stay anywhere else. It's close to both parks (water and busch gardens) and plenty of places to eat outside the park. The beds are so comfortable, it's always been clean and the rooms are very spacious. Employees are wonderful, even took the time out to remember my son and his friend names and engaged in a conversation with them each time they walked by the front desk.

"Would not recommend this hotel. We arrived late in the evening after being at Busch Gardens all day. The room was not clean, had to ask for clean bed linens because there were black spots on pillow cases, sheets and bedspread. Trash was fiound under the bed and what looked like dog hair on the pillow. Bathroom towel had hair ball in it. Asked for another room but none were available.
Libby area and dining area carpeting frayed and worn out in high traffic areas. Needs renovation.
