"Rude staff. We booked a 'superior' room amd a 'standard' room. Both were identical and the hotel told us they do not sell 'superior' rooms, such rooms do not exist. The rooms were dirty and arank of smoke with broken furniture and stained carpets. The hotel seemed abandoned with much of the in cimplete darkness"

"Food was very good and service was also very good as you would expect. The air conditioning in our room was not working. We were told several different reasons by different people but it could not be fixed during the time we were at the hotel. We were moved to a larger room to mitigate the heat and this was somewhat better. According to reception the air conditioning was not working throughout the hotel. We were not advised this when we booked in.
The jacuzzi was also not working.
