Free parking just outside! The room was on third floor but unfortunately no elevator!

"Room was good value for money and the hotel has wonderful views and nice vibe. The glass elevator's worth a ride. I wouldn't say it's five star, but it's certainly got a sense of occasion. The room was spacious, comfortable and well-appointed - ot was easy to adjust the temperature to my liking, which gets a thumbs up.
For me, the dinner options weren't quite there. I couldn't get a table at my first choice restaurant, despite it being a week night, travelling solo and being prepared to wait....

Would have liked quiet breakfast room or, if necessary, classical music at a very low sound-level.

"Lovely atmosphere and great common areas. Room was also nice, however bad smell in the bathroom and a little dusty around the bed and lots of cobweb on the windows (when opening window spiders came in). Great staff. Restaurant waitress spoke only English and didn't know the meny but asked collueges. Breakfast - the homemade bread was a disappointment but the pancakes were amazing. Overall a lovely stay and would definately visit again!"

"We felt so unsafe that we left the place in the middle of the night and found another hotel to spend the night at. the hotel writes that there is a 24-hour reception - this is not true."
