"The pool, sauna, and hot tub area is wonderful. The front entrance is tidy and gives a good impression but our room smelled terrible when we got to it (like body odor and food). I’m not sure if the carpet needs updating/cleaning but the smell left a negative impression."

My only wish is that the hot water container at breakfast never be used for coffee. No matter where I go they reuse coffee thermoses and my tea is awful because it tastes like coffee. Please try to keep the water container strictly for water"

"Location was perfect for Pioneer days activities in Negaunee. The hotel is clean and staff is terrific! The only negative, is not somthing the hotel can improve, but the county/state is its very hard to turn left to go to Negaunee with traffic coming in both directions."
