"Free shuttle bus from the airport was great. The room was very comfortable & pleasant. Staff were ok. Breakfast was expensive - easy to get an Uber or Bolt to Therme. Really good value hotel & id definitely stay here again. "

"I absolutely loved this hotel! It was spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished to a very high standard. The thoughtful amenities like toothbrushes and slippers were a lovely touch. The staff were incredibly helpful, and although a small mistake was made during my stay, they rectified it very quickly and professionally. The location was great—just 20 minutes from the city center and 40 minutes from the airport. I have no complaints and will definitely be staying here again!"

"Old Town Snail Design Apartments are beautiful. We had apartment no 3 which had a balcony looking onto the cobbled street. The attention to detail was spot on from slippers, to robes, to the moulton brown toiletries everything was thought out. If you were running out of things, a quick txt and it was replenished. Even the nespresso pods! Any questions were answered immediately, and the customer care was outstanding. The only negative was the noise from the street, as it is in an area with a lot...
