We got a room for 1 day, the room's AC did not work, eventually the room got very hot and uncomfortable; we had to sit with the door open because the hallway was cooler than our room. When we let the staff know about the AC, they told us "well, it isnt hot outside", did not switch us rooms or even offer any compensation for the inconvenience. Every time you shower, the drain keeps flooding the entire bathroom, disgusting. Only four parking spots for the entire hotel, first...
