"This hotel is very elegant, we stayed at 3 different hotels in India during our 15-day trip, the ITC Hotel is by far the best property out of the 3, although it is about $40 more per night than the other two properties. Still it made a huge difference in elegance. Location is also pretty good as it is close to multiple touristic attractions in south Mumbai and a couple of shopping malls."

I had a problem with my suitcase zip. The hotel sent a man to fix it. Amazing, now no stress about a broken suitcase.
The bar is amazing too, well staffed and great selection of drinks.
The gym is well equipped. I am into weight training. Certainly didn’t disappoint.
The pool at the Oberoi and the Trident were both great too."

The decor is more classic than modern which we didnt mind as we were very comfortable in the spacious rooms. Location on Marine Drive was excellent."
