The hotel staff helped us with airport pickup, calling a car to further districts and our heavier luggage’s. The buffet is incredible! We still think about the food and coffee there til this day. "Lovely hotel that feels cozy despite the over the top décor. The views from the rooms and the lounge are amazing. The spa is excellent; the 4 hands massage was awesome. The service and the cocktails are outstanding.Housekeeping can be forgetful and not replenishing everything but this can be fixed with a quick call. The only complaint is that the in room A/C is smelly and musty, creating a very humid atmosphere."

The rooms, while smallish, are well furnished and comfortable. The most endearing quality of this hotel is the pleasantness of the staff, especially Kent at the front desk and Lewis in the restaurants."

"Staff amazing. Lovely hotel, pool and restaurants. Had club room, treated like royalty in the club lounge. Lovely afternoon tea and dinner/drinks. Would stay here again, but not in the tower as when we returned to the hotel for second stay they put us in the new renovated area but there is too much light pollution coming into the room as no black out blind/curtains covering part of the room. "
