Our room was spacious and clean, and anything we needed was handled promptly and with care. The personalized service made it hard to say goodbye, not just to the city, but to the hotel itself. However you should really, really, really invest on purchasing mattress sheets with the elastic bands the grab the mattress. What is up with using regular sheets on the mattress?? Have of the time, after a few tosses and turns during the night, one ends up sleeping on the bare mattress. Thank goodness it was clean. Nevertheless, it was still gross. "
